Hi! We are Rob & Mike!

Hello! We are grateful that you would consider us as potential adoptive parents for your child. Family is the cornerstone of our lives, and we cherish the close relationships we have with our parents and siblings. We eagerly look forward to offering your baby a warm and loving home, brimming with laughter, sun-kissed beach days, and the delightful aromas of home-cooked meals. We promise to create a loving and supportive environment for our child to grow.

 
 

About Us

We met online in 2010 while still living with our parents, and for our first date, Rob picked Mike up from the bus and we went to Dunkin Donuts.

Rob ordered a donut and a Coolatta, while Mike hesitated, but Rob's insistence that he "JUST GET THE COOLATTA" made us laugh. That moment taught Mike to live in the moment, and our relationship has been full of spontaneity and laughter ever since. Four years later, we moved into a condo near NYC, balancing our work in the city and Jersey. In 2022, we moved to a beach town to be closer to family. We got a dog, Zuzu, a black lab mix named after a character from It’s a Wonderful Life, our favorite movie. Zuzu fills our lives with joy, cuddles, and backyard playtime. In 2023, after over a decade together, we had a big wedding surrounded by family and friends. Now, our next step is to grow our family and welcome a child to love and nurture.

Our Home and Family

Our home is a warm, welcoming space just a mile from the beach, in a family-oriented neighborhood with a great school system.

We’ve renovated every inch of our house to make it beautiful and cozy, preparing it for our future family. Our backyard has a pool and a Tiki bar where we gather with family for BBQs, especially during the summer. We have a black lab mix named Zuzu who fills our home with joy, cuddles, and playful energy. We’re very close with both of our families and see them often, whether it's Mike’s family for walks and board games or Rob’s family for pool days and building Legos with our nephews. Family traditions, like Sunday dinners and holiday celebrations, are a big part of our lives, and we look forward to sharing these with our child.
